The office manages the capital of a single family. It is not an adviser and does not manage capital for others.

Capital is permanent and is invested from the balance sheet. There is no fund, no vintage, and no obligation to return capital on a schedule.

Investment, legal, tax, and accounting functions are maintained internally and with long-standing external counsel.
